제30회 CIPA 국제 심포지엄 (2025.8.25–29, 서울)
제30회 CIPA 서울 심포지엄(2025)의 사전 워크숍으로 개최된 〈Lucid Heritage: Digital Futures for Architectural Legacy〉는 건축 유산의 디지털 보존과 지속가능한 활용 전략을 논의한 국제 워크숍이다. 서울시립대학교 베타시티센터, 아키텍토닉스, 테크캡슐이 공동 주관했으며, 도시 개발과 600년 건축사가 교차하는 상징적 장소인 세운상가 세운홀에서 진행되었다. 3D 스캐닝·LiDAR·GIS를 활용한 디지털 기록, 컴퓨테이셔널 디자인을 통한 적응형 재사용, 참여형 매핑 기반의 공동체 주도 유산 지정, AR/VR·AI를 활용한 유산 경험 재구성 등을 주제로, 건축가·도시계획가·유산 보존 전문가·디지털 인문학 연구자들이 논의와 실습을 진행했다.
Lucid Heritage: Digital Futures for Architectural Legacy was a pre-symposium workshop held ahead of the 30th CIPA Symposium Seoul 2025, exploring digital preservation and sustainable conservation strategies for architectural heritage. Co-organised by the Beta City Center at the University of Seoul, Architectonics, and TechCapsule, the workshop took place at Sewoon Hall in the Sewoon Sangga complex—a symbolic site where urban development intersects with 600 years of architectural history. Participants—architects, urban planners, heritage conservationists, and digital humanities researchers—engaged in discussion and hands-on sessions covering digital documentation and archives using 3D scanning, LiDAR, and GIS; adaptive reuse through computational design; community-driven heritage designation via participatory mapping; and the reimagining of heritage experiences through AR/VR and AI.
