Cheonggye Si-So is a participatory installation commissioned by the re:Sewoon Citizen Council, created using the production resources and manufacturing techniques found in the Cheonggyecheon–Euljiro area. Centered on this very site where the project was conceived and built, the video explores the ongoing tensions in our city today, and the crises and transformations facing its local production ecosystem. Can this “seesaw” truly find balance?
