TechCapsule documented Banpo Jugong Apartments, which were slated for reconstruction, by compiling 3D scans and video footage captured between November 2021 and April 2022, immediately after the residents had relocated. Portions of this work were assembled into a documentary film, preserving the site’s final moments before redevelopment.
