기업이 공간을 찾는 과정은 해당 산업의 특성과 구성원들의 필요를 더 깊이 이해하는 시간이다. 이 과정에서 형성된 가치는 기업만의 독보적인 철학과 정체성을 구축하는 토대가 되며, 기업이 앞으로 만들어갈 문화를 통해 확산될 것이다. <K-성수 아카이브 프로젝트>는 크래프톤의 성수 클러스터 조성 과정을 인터뷰, 문서, 사진, 영상, 3D 스캔 데이터 등 다양한 방식으로 기록하고 분류한다. 이렇게 수집된 자료를 바탕으로, 성수 클러스터만의 서사를 발굴하고 이를 엮어 콘텐츠로 제작하는 프로젝트이다. 온라인 게임 개발사인 크래프톤이 오프라인 공간을 어떻게 사용하는지, 그 공간 안에서 구성원들이 어떻게 배우고 소통하는지를 들여다보며, 크래프톤 고유의 공간 문화와 그 안에서 이루어지는 다양한 시도를 담아낼 예정이다.
The process of searching for a space allows a company to gain deeper insights into the unique characteristics of its industry and the needs of its members. The values formed through this journey become the foundation of the company’s distinct philosophy and identity, which gradually spread the culture the company shape moving forward. The K-Seongsu Archive Project documents and categorizes the development of KRAFTON’s Seongsu cluster through various formats, including interviews, documents, photographs, videos, and 3D scan data. Based on these records, the project uncovers and weaves together unique narratives into meaningful content. By focusing on how KRAFTON — a developer of online games — utilizes offline spaces, and how its members learn and communicate within them, the project captures the company’s distinctive spatial culture and the diverse initiatives unfolding within it.
