기업이 공간을 찾는 과정은 해당 산업의 특성과 구성원들의 필요를 더욱 깊이 이해하는 시간이다. 이 과정에서 형성된 가치는 기업만의 독보적인 철학과 정체성의 기반이 되어, 그들이 앞으로 만들어 나갈 문화를 통해 확산될 것이다. <K-성수 아카이브 프로젝트>는 크래프톤의 성수 클러스터 조성 과정을 인터뷰, 문서, 사진, 영상, 3D 스캔 데이터 취득 등 다양한 방식으로 기록하고 분류하며, 이를 기반으로 발굴한 서사를 엮어 콘텐츠를 제작하는 프로젝트이다. 온라인 사용자 중심의 게임을 개발하는 크래프톤이 오프라인 공간을 어떻게 사용하는지, 그들의 공간 문화를 탐구하고 그 과정에서 발견한 구성원 간의 배움과 소통의 노력을 담아낼 예정이다.
The process of finding a space allows a company to gain a deeper understanding of its industry’s unique characteristics and the needs of its members. The values formed during this process become the foundation for the company’s distinct philosophy and identity, which will spread through the culture they build moving forward. The K-Seongsu Archive Project documents and categorizes the creation process of KRAFTON’s Seongsu cluster through interviews, documents, photographs, videos, and 3D scan data, weaving the narratives uncovered into meaningful content. This project explores how KRAFTON, a developer of online games, utilizes offline spaces and captures the efforts made in fostering learning and communication among its members through their spatial culture.
