테크캡슐은 건축자산 진흥구역의 현재 모습을 기록하고 소개하기 위해 영상 아카이브를 진행했다. 이번 프로젝트는 AURI(건축공간연구원)의 건축자산진흥구역 아카이브를 위한 파일럿 콘텐츠로, 익산시 인화동의 건축자산진흥구역 지정되는 과정과 그 자산적 가치를 조명한다.
익산시 인화동 일대는 근대 건축물과 역사적 자원이 풍부한 지역으로, 남부시장 일대는 1919년 3·1운동의 정신을 계승한 4·4 만세운동이 전개된 곳으로 알려져 있다. 이러한 역사적 의미와 근대 건축물의 보존 가치를 인정받아, 해당 지역이 건축자산 진흥구역으로 지정되었다.
A video was produced by TechCapsule to document and introduce the current state of the Architectural Heritage Promotion Zone. A pilot content was created for the AURI (Architecture & Urban Research Institute) Architectural Heritage Promotion Zone Archive, highlighting the designation process and the asset value of the Architectural Heritage Promotion Zone in Inhwa-dong, Iksan.
The Inhwa-dong area in Iksan is rich in modern architecture and historical resources. In particular, the Nambu Market area is known as the site of the April 4th Independence Movement, which continued the spirit of the March 1st Movement of 1919. Recognizing its historical significance and the value of preserving modern architectural heritage, this area was designated as an Architectural Heritage Promotion Zone.
